I am hoping to go on a trip in 2022, but I really would like to have the dining plan for that trip. Any insight on a timetable?

To add, those of us in the UK have been offered 'dining credit' with our 2022 packages rather than the Dining Plan so we'll be interested to see if/when it does come pack, as it's a lesser deal.
