When will construction start at Fort Wilderness Campgroud

I have booked a trip this november 8-18 and we usally request a loop near the settlement depot but i was woundering if should move closer to the pool. I like being able to walk to the boats but i dont want to be in the middle of a mess.

Well, about a year ago the camping site was abuzz with talk about this. Permits were supposedly issued and construction stakes were seen and photographed. And as fast as it appeared the buzz died. Haven't heard a thing in 9 months at least. :shrug:
