When will 2013 rates be posted?

Generally, when does the Disney site start showing the resort rates for the next year? I know we are only a month into 2012, but I'm curious to see the rates for early 2013.

In the past, it was always early August.

For 2011 rates, they were set and available in mid June 2011 - but not bookable online until early August.
