When Spectromagic is replaced in WDW?

When there is a new nighttime parade in WDW (hopefully not soon) what do you think will happen to it? Will it be moved to DL because they don't have a nighttime parade for main street, moved somewhere else or scrapped?

If and when it goes I hope they keep it intact like the MSEP and move it to DL.

Spectromagic had its first run from October 1, 1991 - May 21, 1999. In 1999, Disney moved the parades around - Spectromagic (I think) went to Disneyland while the Main Street Electrical Parade went to the Magic Kingdom. It did not last though, they were switched back on April 2, 2001.

As far as the future, I do not know. Its kind of hard to top both Spectromagic and Main Street (though I prefer Spectro more).

I guess a similar nighttime parade will be added. Though, I can never get tired of Spectromagic (and for that matter, Fantasmic! though I prefer Disneylands better).

Yea, it is so funny. It seems the last couple of years, everytime I watch Spectromagic - when the fish come out, parents and children think its Nemo. Then a couple have also gotten dissapointed when they see Little Mermaid.

It does need to be updated though, BAD.

I personally hope Spectro never comes to DLR, I'll take DEP(MSEP) any day over Spectro not that its a bad parade it just seems more dated them MSEP IDK MSEP seems more classic while Spectro seems more dated..... Plus DCA might not even need DEP next year with WOC so maybe DEP will just move to DL, it would make since after putting the new additions to it.

Eh...If Spectro ever leaves, I hope we get Dreamlights or Fantaslusion. Both are nice.

Sometimes a lot because I usually only post while I'm at work and I have a really boring job!

Well on the weekends I am a CM at TDS which is great. Just graduated college with a BA in TV/radio broadcasting (hope to work for Disney) but I can't find a job in that fuels right now so I work for my fathers company selling pipe hangers and steel.

Which is ironic, 'cause Genie's one of the few updates they've ever done to the parade XD It was Roger Rabbit before it was Genie

SpectroMagic has never gone to DLR or any other place besides MK, and yes it is possible to top it (it's called Dreamlights).

What Spectro needs is a tech upgrade, not necessarily a change in content or music.

I would not be surprised to see MSEP back once again at WDW. Perhaps Spectro will move into DCA, which in my opinion would go well with the new DCA and WoC. Regardless, I hope Something happens soon to Spectro in some way shape or form.
