When MK capacity is reached....

Yeah, and I have a low tolerance for crowds. Went to Washington D.C. For July 4 fireworks a couple of years ago and passed out on the Metro. Hint...if you are ever waiting on the Metro after D.C. Fireworks...no matter how long you have been waiting...if when your train arrives and your car's lights are out, keep waiting. A zillion people packed in with no lights and no air makes for an unpleasant experience. On a positive note...when you pass out you don't fall right to the floor, as you can't actually fall as you are packed in too tight!
Jeez, I can imagine. It's hot, humid and hazy on a good day in D.C. over the summer. Can't imagine it when it's packed like that. Ugh. For example, June 18, 2006:

This is how hot it was:

I would imagine that the lines to see Anna and Elsa would be five hours or so when it's that crowded. And yes, EPCOT has hit capacity many times in the past few years, mostly during New Years' week.

What is capacity? I saw that it was 100,000 at the MK and 110,000 at Epcot. What is MGM and AK?

I really can't fathom that many people walking around a park.

The actual numbers have never been made public and can vary depending on which attractions, shops, pathways, etc are open or closed.

Capacity crowds... Everyone has a Disney nightmare... going to a capacity filled park will leave you with a lifelong memory of your worst Disney day. Nothing you want to do will be easy. Cut your expectations of doing anything you plan to do that day by 90%. It will be the only time you will be happy to leave a park... that is until you reach the extended lines waiting to board your resort bus.
