When is Spring Break 2023?

Hi all,

Potentially heading back to WDW in 2023 and looking at perhaps Easter.

When is Spring Break in 2023? Coming from the UK, and I'm a teacher so tied to dates (unfortunately!). I know this year, our UK Easter Holidays didn't entirely overlap with Spring Break and there was one week where it was much quieter... just wondering if the same might apply next year!

I think most Spring Breaks are in mid to late March, culminating the week before and week directly after Easter (Sunday April 9th) . Some scattered schools late April, but will be much less Spring breakers at that point.

Central Florida:

• Seminole - March 13-March 17
• Orange - March 13-March 17
• Volusia - March 13-March 17
• Osceola - March 13-March 17
• Lake - March 13-March 17
• Brevard - March 13-March 17

Pretty much all the districts in Central Florida will have the same Spring Break dates.

Thanks all! We've booked April 3rd-13th, so fingers crossed it'll be manageable.

While southern states and colleges tend to have spring break in March, April is usually spring break for the northeast, and it's typically tied to Easter weekend. I checked my old hometown district in NJ as well as the district in upstate NY where I went to college and their spring breaks are April 3-7.

Many of the schools is the metro Atlanta area take spring break the first of April, so for this year it would be April 3-7, 2023. The metro Atlanta schools are within a days drive, so WDW is a popular place during spring break. I know we went a time or two when our kids were in school.
