When is DCA going to be completed?

Like the title says. Trying to plan a trip to DLR but I want to wait until its big overhaul is done. Isnt like 2012?

Yes and no. 2012 is when Carland is said to be completed. But with that its only phase 1, phase 2 is to follow if all goes well with little known about what it will include other than useing up the rest of the billion.

With Raditator Spings Racers said to be 300 million alone, Little Mermaid over 100 million I think were looking at a very nice phase 1. World of Color and TSMM arn't part of the billion since their budgets came before the billion was approved.
