When does Disney typically announce autumn packages?

I've been able to take advantage of the discount packages for November offered the past two years, which has been quite nice. When does Disney typically announce their autumn specials?

In the past I think it has been in mid to late April, but I also remember deals for that time being released in the summer months too. Try looking at mousesavers.com. There is a section in there that lists all the historical dates that deals have been released.

Last year free dining for mid November became available July 7th.....I know I modified our trip the Monday following the 4th.

GP discounts are out through most of the summer. Anyone know when they release AP discounts for same time frame? Thanks
