When do you pull the plug?

Steve, you have a wonderful site for real WDW fans. Unfortunately, there are a few that are ruining the experience for others by their asinine comments and general distaste for anyone who disagrees with them. Why don't you pull the plug on them, or at least ban them for awhile already?
