When do Winter Promotions come out?

The family is starting to plan our annual trip to WDW in December. Last year we were able to take advantage of a free dining promotion when we got an e-mail promotion. This worked out very well since there are five people in our party and we always have a dining reservation each of our seven nights.

Does anyone know the general timeframe when Disney starts doing the promotions for the second half of the year? I am hoping we can do this again.

i called the travel number and asked a Disney associate a couple days ago, she told me they should be coming out in a few weeks not sure how accurate this is but they announced one for the Disney visa card holders today so hopefully the rest comes soon

I noticed the cardholder one as well. It's the special we were looking for, but we don't have the card. We got our e-mail in early May last year for the dining offer. Since it was the first time we gave our info for marketing we weren't sure.
