When Do Ticket Prices Usually Increase

I'm planning a trip to DL for April and am wondering if I should expect and ticket price increases before then. I don't know if I should get my tickets now or if it would be ok to wait.

Didn't they just go up in October? No guarantees, but I would think you're ok if you get there before June.

I think the October price increase was AP's only.

Lately Disney has been raising prices just before the holiday's or just before Spring Break. Since we are already in the holiday season I would expect the next increase to happen before Spring Break next year. In 2015 day prices went up in late February. If you are going in April I would buy tickets in January or early February to avoid possibly paying a higher price.

Thanks!
Good info - I was wondering the same for a late 2016 trip. I figure I had better buy sooner than later before taking a hit on price hikes.

If you know for sure that you are going to any Disney resort in the future, it is ALWAYS a good idea to go ahead and purchase tickets as soon as you can, if you can afford them. Tickets are going to go up, and it will almost always be without notice. A wise investment to purchase them now, if you are sure your are going; but only if you know for sure.

Also beware of the timing. The tickets aren't good forever. Tickets purchased now likely have to be used by the end of 2016 or early 2017.
