When do they do the work?

Looking at the latest over the wall shots.

I'm wondering, do they do all the work at night, after park closing?
Or are there raging bulldozers during the day? I would think the noise un-magical, but then again, would also think I'd like them to get it done!

Just wondering what the sounds are like in Fantasyland these days during the day.

Perhaps a bulldozer is no match for screaming kids, lol.

Also--if there is work being done in the middle of the night, would someone please book a room at the top of the contemporary, get a zoom lens, and wake up in the middle of the night and get some pics, please?

Is that too much to ask?

The bull dozers have been working during park hours, although I'm sure even more work is going on at night. Its actually pretty scary looking when they're driving around on top of the giant mound and you see it from the castle.

Just looking at the construction site on the awesome photos posted on this site, it looks like most of the work is being done on the back part of the site so the noise is further away from the park. Also, there are no visible portable lights around the job site like you see when road construction happens at night so I would say that for now, most everything is happening during the daylight hours.

Yes the Blue Walls are no fun having around but the anticipation that builds waiting to see what is behing them is great! :sohappy:

More images would be good...I like to get a peek of ongoing construction as well!

The machines are just for looks. At night Tinker Bell and her fairy friends fly above the site, drop some pixie dust in there and land starts moving around. Merlin, from The Sword in the Stone, also drops by to help but he tends to mess things up.

They were working during the day a few days ago. Dump trucks and things were driving around. Every now and then there'd be a loud BOOM that would scare the heck out of me.

LOL I always thought they worked at night so they wouldn't ruin the magic for people HAHA guess I was wrong But it is kinda cool to learn that! Best Expansion in Disney history! I wonder if the Fantasyland Expansion works out good I wonder if they will do it to other lands like Adventureland or Frontierland HAHA That would be cool!
