When do MB ship

I am doing an 8 day split stay starting 18/8, my luggage tags/tickets have arrived for the 6 day segment, still waiting on 2day tickets and MB for both.

Your magic bands will ship a couple of days after your last day to customize them, so just under a month before the trip. We got ours about three days after they showed up as shipped in MDE.
