When can you really make your 4th FP+ reservation?

I heard that it was kind of a secret but you can make your 4th FP+ reservation after you use your first, not your last. Any accuracy to this?

If people have done that, it's because of a glitch. You officially can't book your 4th until your 3rd has expired or has been used.

I've never experienced being able to book a 4th without finishing your 3rd. Just get error messages on the app.

If I have 3 fast passes at Hollywood Studio's, once I use them, can I go to a different park and make my 4th, 5th, etc?

Answered my own question... yes you can.

And you don't need to be in the park. You can book the 4th on your phone, once you have used your 3rd.
