Hi I'm looking at going back to Florida in August 2015 for 3 weeks :) can anyone tell me when I can book
Probably around August of 2014.

Kingdom Konsultants who sponsor this board are a great Disney centered travel agency that could help you out with a more exact date. They do not charge for their services.

2014 package deals were out July 10th, 2013. I know that because I booked my November 2014 trip exactly that day! So I'd say second week of July to early August we should see package prices for 2015.

Room only reservations can be booked an year in advance from departure day. As an example, if you want to book August 3-12 2015, you'll need to wait till August 13th, 2014. That if you want to book online using https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/ or through a Travel Agent (TA). If you want to call, you can book it much earlier, I believe if you call Disney today they can already book your 2015 dates.

You can book room-only reservations 499 days in advance of your check-out date over the phone. So to book a vacation from 25 July to 1 August 2015, you could call and book on 20 March 2014. On-line bookings can be done one year prior to check-out.

Packages are a bit more complicated. Generally, you can book about a year ahead, but your actual cost won't be known until around mid-August the prior calendar year.

To know when you can plan what, you can use the PS Calculator and just punch in your date and it counts backwards for you.

EDIT: Sorry, just noticed you're booking from the UK. Whole different scenario. Packages and booking are entirely different for you. You'll need to ask advice from other UK travelers.

If they haven't set the room rates for the time you're traveling, they'll also adjust your total cost once room rates are released for your travel dates - even if booking Room Only.
