When can I rebook for May '21

We canceled our May trip this year in March and I didn't even think to rebook. Now I'm wanting to rebook but it says no new reservations are allowed and online it doesn't go past December. Is it even worth calling to try or are they just trying to deal with things day by day as they try to reopen?

Ok thanks! I guess it also depends on when I'll be able to book for May '21. Too many moving parts..I can't keep up

Not sure if it’ll be online or by phone only. Hopefully online, because otherwise those phone waits aren’t getting any better.
