When can I book for Sept 2016?

Room only you can book 499 days prior, and packages you can book as soon as the prices come out for 2016 which is usually late summertime. Also if you do book Room only you can always turn it into a package later, and if discounts come out you can try to change to those If available later as well. Room only your deposit is one night stay and packages your deposit is only $200.

There ya go! Just like to add one more thing- If history continues 2016 prices will be released in July. Usually early to mid July. We always book in July for our January trip, can't wait!

So as a hypothetical -

I can book a room at the Poly at day T-499. When/If the fall discounts come out (dining plan for example) I can call Reservations up and re-book, but not lose my room?

Correct you will not lose your room. They will just apply the discount and apply and rebates to your credit card that you have used. Sometimes they're are package deals that make it worth booking tickets as well with your package. Just need to keep and eye open and do what's more convenient for you. Personally I book everything in my package (DP, tickets room etc)

Can one assume this is the same for Hilton Head and Vero Beach resorts?
