When are the complimentary passes distributed in February?

My sister is giving me her two comp passes she receives in February for our upcoming trip in April. However, we need our tickets by February 8th for our FastPass selection. Does anyone know the exact or approximate date that these passes are distributed? Or an idea of whether it would be before or after the 8th? Thank you!!

I did; she doesn't know either. She just knows it's sometime in February.

Not sure, but since these are cast tickets, wouldn't you only be able to book Fast Passes on them a week out?

We are staying at a Disney Resort, so we can make FastPasses 60 days early. Thanks everyone; my sister got her passes yesterday! Mystery solved!
