wheelchair question for all CM's

Please can a CM answer this question for me. I am going with my wife and she requires an electric wheelchair. We are bringing our own. Now I ask, does anyone know if throughout the parks there are wall plugs so I can plug in the chair in the case it does run out of battery? I called Disney and they say at First aid only.

Please shed some light on this for me if possible.

I can only speak about Epcot, and the place where you can recharge it are International Gateway and the main entrance of the park, where the rentals are. German Pavillion is a replacement spot for ECV´s and wheelchairs but I´m not sure if they could recharge it there too... they might.

I believe Guest Relations can assist you w/ the recharging, provided all you need is an outlet.
