What's your favorite fudge?

My hubby and I seem to have discovered a rarely discussed treat at Disneyland. Thier fudge is AMAZING! Strong, yes, but fresh as it gets, and there's alway something different each time we go up.

So - what's your favorite fudge flavor?

Mine is Pralines and Cream.... sign me up!
