I know we talk pretty often about which snack or restaurant is our favorite but what about those appetizers. Which one's temp you the most?

For me I have trouble passing up a cheese plate (especially if there's goat cheese on it), the shrimp/feta/tomato/wine dish at citricos, the beer cheese soup at le celier, the wild boar at jiko, and the mussels at flying fish I've ordered more than my fair share of times.

If you like cheese plates, then Epcot's Rose and Crown Pub has an excellent United Kingdom Cheese Platter. The Irish Cheddar is my fave. I love a good sharp cheddar!

If you can ever snag a reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table, the Chef's Tasting Plate appetizers are yummy. They too have a nice selection of meats and cheeses. Delicious!

But my fave cheese plate is at Be Our Guest's. It consists of meats, cheeses and little French pickles called "cornichons". They add a nice tangy contrast to the sharp/mellow cheese and meats.

Hope this helped. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to wipe the drool off my keyboard. :p

I know there's a lot of hate for the San Angel Inn, but I just love love love the Coctel de Camaron (Acapulco style shrimp cocktail). Large, sweet shrimp floating in cocktail sauce with tasty chicharron on the side.

And at Akershus, I'm very fond of the cold meat and cheese buffet.

At Sanaa, the Indian Style bread service is great.

But my absolute favorite is the artisanal cheese board at Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge. Stinky cheese, nuts, lovely.

This is a tough one :) We have a lot of favourite starters around property.

Shrimp & Grits at the Brown Derby Lounge
Kimchi at Morimoto's
Cheese Plate at the Tune in Lounge
Galilee Osetra Caviar at Victoria & Albert's
Bread service at Sanaa
Wild Boar Tenderloin at Jiko
Scallops at The Wave

I may add to this list when I think of others! Too many to remember right off the top of my head :)

My second choice would be the spring rolls served at the Nomad Lounge. They're not on the menu at Tiffins but it's the same menu so just ask very nicely and the'll get them for you.

Appetizers are our favorite things to get! Some of our favorites are:
Yak and Yeti: Dim Sum Basket for Two and the Pork Egg Rolls
'50s Prime-Time Cafe: Fried Herb and Garlic Cheese (they basically bread and fry Borsin...yum!)
Le Cellier: Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup and all of the different poutines!

Now my mouth is watering... :hungry:

I've had this several times, and most times it was really tasty. The last time, though, it was as if the shrimp were sitting in a bowl of cold tomato soup, which just sucked the flavor out. Maybe it was just a bad day . . .

Crap Nachos? Doesn't sound that tasty . . . . .

Oh no! It should be sweet and succulent with a chunky, zesty sauce. Not Campbell's.

I was more than a little surprised. I kept looking at it, trying to remember if this was the app I'd had before. I remembered it being really exceptional, and what I had in front of me was totally bland.

Guess I'll just have to try it again next time!
