On the free dining plans that are offered by WDW at select times? How can I get more info on details, offer timings etc?

ok so touringplans.com has a calendar that tracks all past offers. but the two most often times are spring and fall. heres an example of dates from the Disney blog:

Here are the current Walt Disney World Free Dining dates available for booking by Disney Visa cardholders, and for the general public:

• August 28 through October 2, 2015
• October 25 through October 31, 2015
• November 8 through November 19, 2015
• December 15 through December 21, 2015.

keep in mind there are caveats length of stay and specific resort matter. some resorts are not included and some are and the length of stay often has a minimum stay duration to qualify. the level of dining plan given for "free" is also dependent on the resort (value gets quick service plan and moderate and deluxe get table meal plan)
oh and the amount of offers extended for any given promotional period are limited. IE only 500 vacations staying at the Caribbean beach resort can claim the free dining.
