Seems like a Microsoft private event or something. Windows 10 will officially be launched on July 29th to the general public but the final preview edition was released on July 15th which was the date that video was recorded.

Although I have already posted, I can confirm that it was a Microsoft Partnership event held at Epcot.

I was responding to suggestions that there was an error with the attached computer, which would have to be running Windows 10.

I don't remember exactly, but, I think it was a form of a slide show and to my knowledge it plays every night as people are leaving world showcase at the end of the day.
