What's the best car service to and from airport for 6 people with 10 suitcases?

As the title states, in addition my priorities are a clean vehicle, a safe driver, on time pick up, and help with the luggage. I want to avoid buses or any situation that involves making additional stops between the airport and our Disney resort.
I appreciate all suggestions and comments.

Have a chat with Mears Connect via their site. Whilst they do have the shared bus service they also do private transfers and have a pretty large fleet of different vehicle sizes. They can probably fit you and the luggage into one of their large minivan style transports. They've got a few of these style vans at MCO:
