First - is the new Rapunzel film going to be Disney/Pixar or just Disney?

Second - when Pixar makes a new film, will it be a Disney/Pixar film, or just Disney, since Disney now owns Pixar?

Third - any ideas or rumors on what the newest film by Pixar will be, now that Cars has been released?

1. I'm pretty sure Rapenzel is just Disney, but Meet the Robinson's is coming out first, scheduled for next summer I believe. There's a trailer for Meet the Robinson's before Cars.

2. Their keeping the Pixar name, for now at least. Who knows what will happen eventually.

3. Ratatouille is Pixar's next film, coming summer 2007. There's a trailer of this before Cars too. I'm not exactly sure what it's about, other than it's about a mouse that doesn't want to eat garbage. :p

Hope I helped, if anyone else has better information feel free to answer.

Yes Rapenzel and Meet the Robinson's are just Disney. As for now they will have Disney films and Pixar films. You can see the trailer for the new pixar movie at Disney.go, there is a thread about it.

Rapunzel has had some story problems, but I think overall it's appearing to look really good. I honestly believe, from what limited stuff I have seen, that it could be Disney's first massive CG feature hit. It looks good, I actually have a shot of Rapunzel on my computer somewhere and had it as my desktop wallpaper for a couple months. The backgrounds for the movie look stunning and I don't know if they are 3D, 2D or a hybrid of both...just amazing though.

I'm not honestly looking forward to Meet the Robinsons, but American Dog by Chris Sanders has my curiosity. He appears to be totally in control when making his movies and doesn't allow for unneeded changes to occur when someone doesn't think something is working.

The trailer for Ratatoille hasn't impressed me either...but then, the first couple Cars trailers I thought were terrible. It wasn't until they started to show more and give a better sense of the plot, did they pique my curiosity.

Disney does have a movie coming out...pretty soon....though the name escapes me right now that is a live action/2D hybrid movie. Sheesh...I can't even remember the plot....it didn't really interest me, so I didn't really focus on it, the 2D end though was done by a studio in Pasadena which is owned by John Pomeroy (I think...sorry...major brain problems right now...I can't remember anything....I think it was him though, he quit due to issues with management and started his own studio and the idea for the movie was completely his...he even started on some of the animation.) He was a long time Disney vet though that left due to differences of opinion.
