Whats new..

I have just booked my first trip to WDW in 2 years, and althought it will be my 14th visit, i know there has been a lot of new additions to the parks. My last visit was new year 2004/2005, and I am travelling out in October this year...

Is there anything new i should look out for on my visit, and can you recommend anything cool that goes on in the world that i may not have seen? the sort of thing not many people know about...

Thanks
A

There's Soarin' too, that'll be new for you won't it?
I'd recommend going there first thing or getting a fast pass straight away for this one as the queues were ridiculous after about half an hour and we went off season. It was a cool ride though.
And Mission: Space? (I forget how old things are, this wasn't there in 2003 which was the time before last I went) - this is cool and the queues were'nt actually too bad. You gotta go for the original version though it's such a weird sensation!
Erm... Cinderellabration at MK, we started to watch this but left to go on the rides, depends if you have kids though coz they would prob appreciate this more.
Light Motors Action, we saw this in Paris and WDW, well worth watching if only once, some cool stunts and explosions!
Ooh and Philharmagic, that was good too, 4D cinema thing with loads of Disney characters in.
Can't think of anything else at the mo......

I think Pirates is due to be completed in the Summer.
Also the Liberty Riverboats should be back up and running by then.
When in October do you go coz I've read that Blizzard Beach is closed for refurbs right at the end of October - 29th I think. I'm still yet to see that place, the last two times I went it was closed and before that it wasn't built yet!!

October Trip

Wow we are going in October too. When are you going?

Also not to miss is the MNSSHP. It is supposed to be amazing- thats what I love about Halloween in the USA they celebrate it much more than we do. They really go to town its well worth paying the extra for the e- ticket events on offer at the parks.
