What's in this building?

What is this green building? It’s on the path between MTT and TL in the MK. The reason I ask is because I remember as a kid going into a building like this at Disney. I could never find it, but just the other day I walked the path for the first time and saw it. I immediately recognized it. If I remember correctly it had a bunch of flowers, vegetables and other kinds of plants. I don’t remember much else about it. Did they ever have this building open to the public for anything? This would have been in the early eighties.

Here is a google map of it.

Yup, that's the storage and maintenance shed for the trains on Goofy's Barnstormer.

Back in the early 80's Toontown Fair (and all its earlier versions). Mickey's Birthdayland didn't open until 1988. Before that, the land was part of a longer Tomorrowland Speedway.

But if you're thinking of the late-80's, Mickey's Birthdayland did have a petting zoo called "Grandma Duck's Farm". Other than that, I have no idea what you're thinking of.
