For about a month there have been many survey posts on both sides of Osceola Parkway as you approached the Victory Way intersection from the East. Then over the past two week there has been lots of major utility work on Victory Way from the Pop Century entrance to Osceola Parkway intersection. Now there is some major land clearing (and I mean major) occurring near the WDW entrance sign to the South of Osceola Parkway and West of I4. Also looks like some potential roadway clearing going back into the forested area back towards the sports complex. Could this be the utility support work in support of a forth coming ESPN Sports Resort complex?
