What's going inside those big tents in Storybook Circus?

Having seen the confirmation for the remainder of the approximate timetable for the New Fantasyland, I can't help but wonder: what's going on with those big tents in Storybook Circus? Here's what the confirmation note said in regards of that:

The next phase of Storybook Circus, including the second Dumbo, the indoor queue area, and the Casey Jr Splash 'n' Soak Station will open in July 2012.

When I think of "remainder", I think of all that remains. In the case of Storybook Circus, they don't mention anything about the tents, only the rest of Dumbo and the Casey Jr. thing. So I need to ask: what's going on with those tents? Are they not going to be included in the final timetable? Or are they just trying to keep us in the dark until July?

But the lack of an inclusion in the timetable leads me to believe that the tent contents will not open with the rest of Storybook Circus in July. Then again, the timetable also fails to mention the princess meet-n-greet going where the Snow White ride had once been, but still...

Maybe they will, maybe they won't I'm sure they're working to the utmost to have them open with the rest of Storybook Circus. But since we already know what's going in there.....

Down in the comments section, the post-writer from Disney say they THINK that the tents are included :

Does the Storybook Circus phase two include the two big circus tents? And what will they be home to?

I’m pretty sure that area is counted in the July opening of Storybook Circus. Let me see if I can find out more on this.

The green building behind the tents has been gutted and looks to be on the way out unless they're planning on re-purposing it for something else. Could this, perhaps, become the location of a third tent?
