what's coming for DCA

hi guys, now i know that this thread isnt for disneyland stuff, its for wdw, but since many people dont bother to scroll down and search for disneyland, i wanted to show concept art for the future rides of DCA, interesting are the cars eticket and finally, we can see the toy story mania facade as planned!
its really interesting so i hope they dont move this thread where it really belongs (down under)

But the new entrance gates is too much like Disney-MGM Studios. What do you guys think?

i dont understant what the theme is going to be. A lot of the stuff just looks like random rides and sections put together. it almost seems like a new DHS but more cartoony and random to me.

Its apparently supposed to represent how California changed as Walt grew up and moved on. The entry plaza represents Hollywood as Walt first found it and then as we move through the park it ages to different time periods. Interesting to see that the entrance looks just like MGM.

A couple of other things to point out. Just so no one gets confused this entrance to Midway Mania is what DCA's will look like. Ours will look nothing like this.

The one area that really does seem to be out of place will be the little mermaid ride. I was hoping that it would turn out to be the dark ride we saw shown to us on the little mermaid dvd. However looking at this picture, it looks like it'll be very similar to the clamshell system we got with Nemo, but maybe they'll still surprise me.

upon further review, the new little mermaid ride is supposedly budgeted at over 100 million dollars, so it looks like it'll be much more than a simple C ticket like we got with Nemo.
