What would you do to Tomorrowland to make it better?

Lots of white and blue paint. Lose the rocks and other junk left over from Tomorrowland '95. Allow Stitch to make his escape once and for all.

1. Take out the toons-Stitch,MILF, and Buzz need to go.

2. Speedway and COP needs to go-To much good space. (Though i'm sure I will flamed because of the COP)

3. Finish the job- Theme the rest of the land to the future that never was and add more detail to what's already there.

4. Refurb SM and Peoplemover.

5. Bring non toon futuristic/alien rides to the new space that has opened up.

There you go.

Total re-vamp. It looks a little run-down and could use serious sprucing up. And a build a new home for CoP that included 2 new scenes and had room for three more.

Get rid of SGE
Update CoP
Get rid of the Speedway
Bring new rides into the SGE/Speedway area
Maintenance for everything/refurb the exterior and interior to everything
Change scenes in TTA (even though I love the ride as is)

1. Space Mountain refurb.
2. Replace the Tomorrowland Speedway.
3. Replace Stitch's Great Escape.
4. Replace Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor.

I think it's just the attractions that make the land "meh".

I agree but I don't want them to remove Laugh floor :( I love it! Maybe they can move it to Hollywood Studios.

I would replace Stitch's Great Escape with a 3-D Motion simulator ride based on Meet the Robinsons (I think you could do a lot with the flying cars in Meet the Robinsons). I would also incorporate a Wall-E robot that roams around Tomorrowland much like the talking trash can. I would move the Monster's Inc laugh floor over to HS, and in its place I would put a more interactive-hands-on type experience. For example, it would be something where kids could feel what the surface of the moon feels like and could really experience space somehow like no other place can allow you to experience it - along the lines of a planetarium but Disney-fied. Something unrelated to any Disney movie in particular, that's hands-on and educational. I would also make a Buzz Lightyear/Toy Story themed character meal location in the space where the theatre is/used to be behind Buzz's Lightyear's Space Ranger spin. Give the boys older than 3 years old some love in the character-meal department.

I got it, like a giant Disney Moon Bounce...with cardboard cutouts of the Earth and moon rocks, Perfect idea....love it. Now run with it.

-Leave the real future to Epcot's Future World, keep Tomorrowland as a future that never was, but perhaps update to the 50s/60s future that never was rather than the 30s. Bring back a cohesive Tomorrowland metropolis storyline. (Take notes from Test Track 2.0.)
-Replace Stitch's Great Escape
-Refurbish Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin to look less toy and more Buzz's actual environment.
-Complete overhaul of Carousel of Progress. Keep the concept, but update to showcase History of Computer rather than History of Electricity and follow how computers in the home have changed from 1955 to today and into the future. It will be changing a classic, but will keep Walt's legacy and vision.
-Refurbish Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover with new trains, audio, show scenes, and most of all clean up some of the tunnels and make them more interesting. Dirty black walls are not futuristic.
-Refurbish Astro Orbiter or perhaps replace with a different attraction, but keep something up on top despite having a low capacity.
-Replace Tomorrowland Speedway with new E-ticket attraction. If not replace, refurbish with new "green" cars and exciting props and landscaping along the track.
-Update Tomorrowland Terrace into a lunch quick service, dinner table service restaurant themed to an astronomer's club.
-Give Sonny Eclipse a makeover at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.

I'm torn on Monsters Inc Laugh Floor and Space Mountain. Both could use major updates if not complete overhauls/removal, but I think they are also ok for the time being. I think primarily the future needs to be less neon and more LED, HD, and digital/fiber optic effects. Paint jobs and new textures can go a long way. Removing attractions that don't work and refurbish attractions that do work but are in need of them.

I'm wondering if a retro-future theme would work for Tomorrowland at MK and DL. Retro is in anyway and much of MK's would be pretty easy to re-theme since they didn't really finish it after the main entrance corridor and Astro Orbiter. I just think this looks pretty cool:

I'm pretty radical. So much is stale. Space is just old and worn. I love my Monsters and CoP. I think I would rehab CoP and raze the rest and start over. Pull the roof off Space, plop in a new custom coaster with higher capacity, quicker loading, 2 across and start a new.

Yep, I day dream.

I'd put the following rides from Tokyo Disney Sea in tomorrow land...

1) 20,000 Leagues
2) Journey to the Center of the Earth
3) Stormrider

Replace SM with the original French version of SM, and make them bring back Extra Terrorestrial Encounter

Needs to be consistant with the themeing which I find lacking. Change the Speedway to something else entirely...it has always been wasted space. I actually liked the old Tron movie and wouldn't mind if they had a Tron racers ride. I would like to see a dark ride somehere, Buzz doesn't count for me as it's more of an arcade ride. Maybe a Wall-E ride?

Definitely get rid of SGE and if the could bring back Alien Encounter I'd be happy but if that was "too intense" there must be another way to either "beam" us to another planet or "beam" an alien here. Refurb TTA and maybe add more "scenes" to see...not sure where but I find there is a lot of looking at walls.

We don't need the Astro Orbiter when there are carpets and elephants that do the same thing. We need a bigger ticket and more updated attraction than Space Mountain so it doesn't bear the brunt of all the guests in the land heading there.

Something immersive and intense would be good along the lines of The Mummy or (gasp...dare I even say) Harry Potter - Forbidden Journey but have it going through space, alien attacks, shoot outs something exciting! A land about the future should have some elements of a daring adventure...unless the future is an incredibly boring place.

1. Complete overhaul of Space Mountain, new track, new cars, more scenery, onboard sound system, new queue music. Have a speedy launch up the first lift hill (Similar to Space Mountain Paris).
2. Plant LOTS of strange looking plants and trees around the area. It is currently just concrete and metal palm trees,
3. Repaint all the buildings white and blue and silver.
4. Remove Stich and add a thrill ride of some kind, a simulator ride perhaps?
5. Move MILF to Studios and add a dark ride
6. Carousel of Progress needs new seating and effects and an update.
7. Expand Tomorrowland downwards where the stage used to be and add a TRON rollercoaster.
8. Tomorrowland Speedway needs electric cars and lots of scenery along the track,
9. Make the walkways light up at night like at Epcot
10. Revert the TTA audio back to the old one.
11. Spruce Buzz up a bit.
12. General repave and clean up of the area
13. A little Kennedy Space Center type museum in a corner somewhere

I could go on and on o_O Just clean up and add rides. No shows or M&Gs.
