If you were elected to be in charge of the Disney channel, what would you do? What new shows do you have in mind? Which shows would you give the ax to?

Bring back Vault Disney and more Classic cartoons! Who cares about Kim Possible and the like. I want Mickey and Silly Symphonies!

Yeah! Inside Out!
But I'd have to add the Mickey Mouse Club back to the afternoon line up. That show was so exciting and wonderful (can you tell I was a fan?) that I still really miss it!

Vault Disney near-24 hours a day.
The station IDs as described above by yodasmith.
Inside Out *and* Dateline: Disneyland/WDW/Disney (the shorter versions of Inside Out of the original channel).
The adult programming at night that included Mousterpiece Theater, Coming Home concerts, and original series.
Ok, so I'd just pretty much return to the lineup of the 80s. I loved it back then.

Everything that's on right now would be cut INSTANTLY! And everything that was on in the early 90's would take its place...

Gummi Bears
etc.
The specials would be all about the parks, or older shows (the Disney Treasures)
The movies would be the GOOD Disney movies..not ones like "Atlantis" or "Treasure Planet"...it would be Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Cinderella, Lady and the Tramp, 101 Dalmations, Peter Pan, Snow White etc.
But most importantly:
NO ADS in between shows...
that's the way Disney wanted his tv shows because he thought it was interuptive to the real show!
That's the way Disney Channel was/and would be good!

I'd bring back Dumbo's Circus, Gummi Bears, Vault Disney, Mouseterpiece Theater, the classic Disney Cartoons, Inside Out, Wonderful World of Color/Disney, and the Mickey Mouse Club.

I would can: Phil of the Future, Dave the Barbarian, and American Dragon Jake Long ( this show's actually supposed to be funny?! ).
I would make a brand new mousketeers show. It would be appealing to kids of all ages and be on in the afternoons.
Another show I had in mind is "The Roger Rabbit show" starring Roger, Baby Herman, and other characters in toon town putting on funny skits.
Have a TV show with the muppets.
I also would have actual shows with Mickey and Friends as well. More shows along the lines of Goof Troop, Duck Tales, Dark Wing duck, ect.
I would send Toon Disney away, and make it be apart of Disney channel, showing on Friday afternoons. NO MORE JETIX! No more of those god awful re runs of reject anime and power rangers shows made of crap.
As for play house Disney, keep the most popular shows but add more shows with Mickey and friends in them.

I love House of Mouse - the older cartoons are great...
I would bring more real life series and less animation cartoons as they've gotten pretty cheezy...

And every evening from 7-9pm I'd show Disney movies... just to bring families back together in this overdosed OC, NYPD Blue world.

Is DC more for kids or grown ups?
It looks like most respondents to Disney Channel revision requests are older than the DC target. Kids I know like the new shows. They have contemporary topics with characters that have current personalities. I don't personally care for them but the message is making it to kids.
My only request would be to start the Disney movies earlier so that they are over by 9:00pm.
