What to Do At Night...

This trip we are only spending two days in the parks, outta 7 day trip. We are looking forward to doing all the stuff we never get to cuz we're busy in the parks and too tired at night. So, now what do you do at night, after the fireworks are done, cuz we plan on watching them from different locations.

GF lounge for drinks ... Walk over to Poly for beach fireworks!! I can't wait to be at the GF with a glass of wine and fireworks.

We also like Cali Grill for fireworks and a martini!

Only 52 days

As I've been planning our summer trip, I've been trying to think of "non-park" activities if the kids get too overwhelmed by the crowds. We've come up with some good alternatives. We are doing to Pirate Cruise one night with Captain Hook and Smee to see the fireworks over MK. One night we're going to Ft. Wilderness to do s'mores with chip and dale and watch the outdoor movie. We've also considered just going putt-putting, or bowling at DTD. When I was a kid we used to go see a movie at the theater in DTD one night of our trip, and I used to love that, so that's something we're considering. In years past, we've done the Boardwalk and the ESPN game place there. Otherwise, we do love a night-time swim after a long day of walking :-)

The obvious are Boardwalk, Downtown Disney, MK and EP both come alive at night. If you have a rental car - I like to venture out of disney. Orlando has amazing dining and romantic spots that are a fraction of what disney costs.
