It's just about getting an early check-in time. If the window opens at say 1:00 a.m., but I don't get on-line until 6:00a.m. will the earliest check-in times still be available?I think it is somewhere between midnight and 6:00 AM, but there is no need and/or advantage to doing online check in the second it opens up.
If you are worried about requests, those really need to be put on your reservation before you do online check in.
The check in times are not limited like fastpass or dining reservations. They are also not guaranteed. Having an 8:00 AM check in time does not guarantee you that your room will be ready at 8:00 AM. I have found that doing online check in does seem to help, but it is not guaranteed. It's just about getting an early check-in time. I'm actually needing information about online check-in for a Disney Cruise. Sorry, my initial post wasn't clear. The check in times are not limited like fastpass or dining reservations. I will check in maybe a day or two in advance and I am at about 80% for the room being ready early.
Another thing that also helps is not having a large number of special requests. If you request a particular building, top floor, near an elevator you greatly reduce the pool or rooms they can pull from.
Aw crap...I did not look to see what section of the forum his was in.I'm actually needing information about online check-in for a Disney Cruise. Sorry, my initial post wasn't clear.
