What time does monorail start before Magic Kingdom opens?

I wasn't sure how early to get to the TTC before Magic Kingdom opened. How early will they let you in the parking lot and when does the monorail actually start running? Thanks.

Not sure about TTC but we are at the World currently and staying at Grand Floridian. We were able to get on the monorail starting at 7 am when MK opened at 8 am

1 Hour to about 45 minutes before park open is when they have usually started to open parking lots it seems.
