what time do the osbourne lights come on at HS?

if anyone knows roughly what time the lights turn on at HS, please let me know thanks! I want to plan on a time to arrive at the park.

They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And, they do snow too. It is one of my favorite expereinces that Disney has. I just don't remember what time they came on when we saw them 4 years ago.
