I have no idea how controversial this take is but in the event that the Cars mini-land at MK does get scrapped, maybe they could put it at Animation Courtyard? Idk how much space there is to work with because I was maybe thinking they could kind of make a clone of Radiator Springs from DCA or just make up a whole new location. Or maybe it just works better in my head lol.Toontown would be cool, but I don't know if that would really be the most "appealing" option as we kind of had Toontown before New Fantasyland and idk how well would that fit DHS as it's more so a "You're in the movies" kind of idea for lands if you get where I'm going at. Though if they put Oswald there, then I'll be on board.
