I'll try to keep this brief. My daughter is absolutely obsessed with Cars and we were considering taking her to Disneyland for the first time to see Cars Land, but she'll likely be right on the line of 40" for the week we're targeting and we'd hate to go all that way and spend all that money specifically for Cars if she might not be able to ride Radiator Springs Racers. So, we've settled on a Cars suite at Art of Animation at Walt Disney World as a kind of compromise.We stayed at Art of Animation when it first opened and we were locals and we loved it, but we haven't been back since. My main question is: In what kind of condition are the guest rooms and common areas? We'd hate to stay there if it's going to be beat to hell. In five trips since we've moved north from Florida, we've taken our daughter to Animal Kingdom Lodge (twice), Fort Wilderness cabins, Saratoga Springs, and Old Key West. I'm not a "deluxe snob" by any stretch and I know what we'll be getting in terms of dining, buses, mattresses, etc. I just don't want to see actual damage or other major maintenance issues.
