What is your favorite Disney movie EVER?

Used to be a tie between Aladdin, Lion King and Lilo and Stitch,but I guess Pirates just knocked em all out of the water. Pirates would be my fav all time,Aladdin for music.

FYI: My cousin was an animator for Disney for about 10 (?) years and this was his first movie. He was only back-up animator at the time but it holds a special place in our hearts and was especially cool to see his name in the closing credits. He unfortunately was laid off a little over a year ago and has been doing work for Dreamworks and alot of other freelance work.

Does it have to be animated?
Because I really like The Three Musketeers and Pirates of the Carribean.
For animated works, I would also have to say the Lion King, or Monsters Inc.

Alice in Wonderland is my favorite movie ever...Disney or otherwise. As a side note, MK needs an AIW dark ride very badly. I still can't believe all they have are the teacups. Monsters, Inc. is the funniest disney movie i've seen, and Lilo and Stitch gets an honorable mention, just because I liked it so much.

hmmm... mine would be very close together, involving "The nightmare before Christmas" or "Snow White" then followed very closely by "Sleeping Beauty"

I can't believe no one has yet mentioned my favorite! Without hesitation, my vote definatly goes to Beauty and the Beast. The characters are excelent, well thought out, well animated, and amazingly performed. The music is absolutly flawless with incredably cleaver lyrics and beautiful scoring. The art is amazing from quiant little Provencial villiage to the absolutly amazing ballroom. Comedy, music, romance, suspence, thrills... it's got everything.
