What is Trucker's Union?

I'm reading an article on Disney charcter's and there rules, butthey keep mentioning something about trucker's union, so I need some help figuring this out.

Just a guess, but maybe that is the union for the people who wear the costumes?

Kinda like Actor's Equity for the acting people in big shows...?

My guess is that it has something to do with transport - truckers -workers. Its just a guess though.
