What is the work schedule like?

I was curious what is the work schedule like for a full time CM. Is it a set schedule all the time or does it change week to week? Do you have the same days off everytime or does it change? How is it working during the holidays? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

I think it depends on your area. But for example, during my CP I wasn't on a fixed schedule for the first part, but then I was switched to a 4 day-10 hour work week so I went in at 11, stayed until 9ish; but my days off varied. When I switched over to MK as a Part-time my hours changed but my days off didnt, but that's because of my avaliblility. Full timers in both areas usually had the same days off but some of them had different hours. I worked in Outdoor Foods though, so the hours of operation was never set in stone.

Basically, CP, no set schedule, PT, sometimes set schedule, FT, mostly set schedule.

Oh, and as for working holidays, most my friends down here worked them with me so it wasn't a big deal for me, especially since all my family isn't down here.

You're asking about full time castmember right, not CP? Every year each location does schedule bids, they go in order of seniority and each person requests what days they'd like to have off and when they'd like to take their vacation, it doesn't neccesarily mean they get what they ask for but they do get to ask. So it's likely you would have a set schedule usually based on your availability, like if you were taking college classes or something.
I think most full time CM's still work holidays but they get overtime pay for most of those and I think they have a chance of getting a few holidays off a year.

Yes, I was asking about full time CM. Thanks for the info! I'm planning to go and apply this week at the job fair. So, I appreciate all the info....it helped make the decision easier!
