What is the timing like for Dumbo?

I'm taking my 5yo nephew soon. I could get a FP but think he might like the play room. If the posted wait is say 40 minutes, how long do you spend in a regular line? And then how long in the play area? Thanks in advance.

My completely made up guesstimate from previous visits goes something like this:

10 minutes in the pager line
20 minutes of playtime (rest time in the bleachers for the adults)
10 minutes in the line to actually go on the ride

I couldn't rip my 4 year old out of that playroom once he got into it. That area is great for keeping little ones busy in a long line. I went at a slow time so there was no line at all, but still spent 45 minutes in the playroom.

Dumbo is a ride that often has FPs leftover. After you've used your first three, you can get onto the app and book an additional one. It should still be available.
