I have been applying for a professional position with WDW for over a year (I am too old for CP, as I already have an MS degree and have been out of college for a while now).
I only apply to positions that I have all of the listed requirements (or even more qualifications than required) but have never had an interview. Many of the positions are still listed on the job site.
So what is the secret to getting an interview? Is there an age limit and I'm just too old to be considered for work at WDW?
Any help with this issue would help as I would really like to have my last career working for WDW (If I didn't have children just starting college I would work for the minimum hourly wage.)
