What is the best credit card?

I want a credit card that has no foreign transaction fee, gives cash back (I prefer no statement credit) and doesn't screw you with hidden fees....ie no foreign transaction fee that ends up being a fee.. Anything out there? The closest I come up with is Capital One and PenFed.

Never been out of the East Coast....nevermind the country but I would love to go to Europe mostly.
