What is that pink building you see om the right when you get off I4?

If you are heading into Disney property from I4 Westbound and get off the first exit for Epcot/Downtown Disney, there is a building(s) with a pink structure and various smaller blue-ish buildings. (before you enter the gates on the right side)

It looks new, so I thought it was Pop Century, but its not close to the area where it should be. (as far as i can tell)
