WHAT IS GOING ON AT WDW!?

I just checked the wait times on My Disney Experience and the wait times are 60 minutes or lower, BUT on A LOT of the MAJOR attractions they are closed with no stand by line but have a Genie+ return time or no return time at all! Is Disney seeing the aftermath of their business decisions (high prices)? I am amazed at the wait times being that low at 230pm!

Beryl hit almost 1000 miles to the west of WDW. The remnants of it are currently around St Louis.
