while I have yet to join the le cellier bandwagon, and I agree some of the "signature" restaurants are indeed a little bit pricey (or a lot).Yet to me some of them are very worth it. Jiko is my personal fave but either way I look at it as a blissful reprieve from the fast food of the parks, a chance to escape for a little solace and a great meal. If I didn't do the ddp I'd still book at least one per visit. And most offer an atmoosphere that is extremely unique. You can watch wishes at california grill for example after a superb meal. To me the signatures offer just that little bit extra. they "plus" it (in imagineer speak)
