What is a Call in Factor mean?

Hello
I just started working in Cosmic Rays at Magic Kingdom in Tomorrow Land. I work in the kitchen and this week my schedule says F&B which I know is food and beverage and it also says CIF. Which is Call in factor I'm just curious as of what that means.

Basically it means the shift is an extra one that isn't really necessary but guarantees adequate area coverage should someone call in.
