What if we only have ONE Fastpass+ reservation... ???

I've read several places that you MUST have three FastPass+ reservations each day, if you have any. That's not true, at least not entirely. It seems you have to make three initially, but then you can go back into MyDisneyExperience and DELETE only those FastPass+ reservations that you really didn't want in the first place.

I have two questions, though. In order to get the "rolling" FastPass+ reservation, everything I've read says you have to exhaust your three earlier reservations before you can make another. But what if you've deleted two of them and now only have ONE? Can you then make "rolling" FastPass+ reservations for the rest of the day at, say, a different park? I'll have my ipad mini with me, with the MyDisneyExperience app, so I suppose I could just make my new reservations right away on it, right, even if I'm not in the park that I want them for at the time (unlike the situation I've read about with the kiosks in the parks)?

We only have TWO things that we really want to do at Animal Kingdom (the Kilimanjaro safari, and the train--the latter of which is apparently not available with FastPass+ reservations). Then we want to get out of there as soon as we can and make it to another park. Since we want out of there as quickly as possible, and since we likely can't get there right at park opening that day, we wanted to use a FastPass reservation to ensure that we get "in and out" as quickly as we can. We then think we're headed to either Hollywood Studios or Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day, for what it's worth. Having FastPass+ available to use then would be great, but I'm NOT wasting time making FastPass reservations I don't want at AK just to get through three of them before we head to the other park(s).

You can book a MAXIMUM of three FP+ before you visit a park on any given day. If you choose to book three and then cancel two, you can do that.
You can enter AK (for example) with that one booked FP+. You CANNOT book further (rolling) FP+ for another park UNTIL you leave your first park and enter the second park and then you book FP+ at the kiosks. Its then book one, use it. Book another, use it, etc.
