What happened to the park playsets/Monorail toys?

I know that they still make these, but why does it seem like they make a lot less of them these days? Way back when we had Spaceship Earth, Contemporary, Grand Floridian, Sorcerer's Hat, Space Mountain, Tree of Life, Polynesian, Cinderella Castle, Astro Orbiter, Monorail, Train, Monorail Switch Station (TTC), Main Street Train Station, Dumbo, Mad Tea Party, Wilderness Lodge...and now we only have Cinderella Castle, Spaceship Earth, Monorail, Train, and Contemporary while the rest of them skyrocket to unimaginable prices? Has there been any talk of new playsets of, say, Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror or Big Thunder?

That belongs to a different collection. If it was part of the monorail collection, it would be more elaborate, and would look more like Splash Mountain than it does now.

I have three of the monorail sets, the H-O Main Street Station, the WDW sign set, the Caroline Pacific H-O train set, and a bunch of character figures. I'd love to get my hands on the WDW H-O train set as well. I hope I'll be able to pick up either another monorail set or the Contemporary set when I'm there in three weeks.
